Are you passionate about customer experience, innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaborative innovation methods, and do you aspire to work with top-level experts in this field?
Within our company, Interface&co, you will have the opportunity to work on stimulating and complex projects related to customer experience and innovation, while actively taking part in research and the development of new approaches to collaborative innovation.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze complex qualitative and quantitative information to extract insights and strategic and operational recommendations that inform decision-making, for example through customer journey mapping, service blueprints, or the development of CX and/or innovation maturity assessments.
Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops to engage stakeholders and co-create solutions, including co-creation workshops, hackathons, or rapid prototyping sessions.
Create strategic and educational tools that support understanding and alignment around projects, such as dashboards, performance indicators, or interactive training sessions to help teams implement projects.
Support teams in exploring and implementing innovative solutions, such as designing innovation initiatives (Living Labs, innovation units), developing learning programs in CX and innovation, or creating open innovation ecosystems.
Manage projects, in whole or in part, and supervise other team members by ensuring their contribution and supporting their professional development, while making sure deadlines, budgets, and project objectives are met.
Work in multi-project mode or be dedicated to a client full time,depending on needs and capacity.
Desired Profile:
University degree in a relevant field: management, marketing, innovation, design, entrepreneurship, project management, or social sciences.
3 to 8 years of experience in consulting, or in a customer experience or innovation role.
Passionate about customer experience, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
Collaborative leadership : Ability to supervise and motivate teams in a collaborative and demanding environment, while mentoring junior members with kindness to support their professional development.
Project and priority management : Ability to contribute to and/or coordinate projects in a VUCA environment (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity). Manage multiple priorities and ensure rigorous follow-up on objectives and deadlines.
Innovation and problem-solving : Strong creativity, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and solve problems proactively and effectively.
Strong interest in consulting and strategic support.
