The After-Work Drinks - 3rd edition | Projects that bear fruit
About this event
Projects That Bear Fruit How to Recognize and Measure the Value We Create in Our Organization A good idea is not enough. For a project to gain credibility, mobilize the right people, and keep moving forward in the organization, it must be possible to demonstrate the value it creates. But what is value, exactly? And above all, how can we recognize and measure it when it is not expressed only in dollars? For this 3rd edition of Intrapéros, we invite you to take a step back from your projects and explore the different forms of value they can generate: financial results, efficiency gains, improved experience, learning, engagement, social impact, and even innovation capacity. To fuel the discussion, Stéphanie Ouellet, doctoral candidate and in-residence researcher at Interface&co, will present her work on value creation and measuring the impact of initiatives beyond financial outcomes. Her findings will help us explore different ways of thinking about value and move beyond a traditional view of ROI. We will then move from research to action with a participatory workshop inspired by the Lotus Flower. Participants will be invited to bring out the different forms of value they can create, identify the impacts that truly matter, and reflect on the indicators that can be used to measure them. Because in the end, it’s not only what you sow that matters... it’s what you reap. 🍎 Join us on September 24 at Place Ville Marie! Practical information will be sent to you when your participation is confirmed.
