Organizations everywhere are rolling out new artificial intelligence tools to automate tasks, personalize interactions, and improve efficiency. But one question remains: How can you ensure that AI truly improves the experience rather than simply speeding up operations?
Too often, AI initiatives start with technology. We look for use cases, automate processes, and implement new tools. Far more rarely do we start with customer journeys, the moments that matter, or the impacts on employees and trust.

We created this reflection guide to help organizations step back before adding another layer of AI to their operations or customer journeys. This tool is used during our Dark Side co-creation workshops (hence the “Star Wars” theme)
